Whether you're running a tilt tray, skip bin truck, hydraulic press, irrigation system, or a conveyor line — this kit gives you reliable wireless control of your machine's valves and functions, without leaving the cab or the danger zone.
Available in 4, 8, or 12-button configurations to match the number of functions you need to control.
Each kit includes:
Note on wiring: The standard loom comes pre-wired for 12 functions. So it will work with all transmitters whether they are 4, 8, or 12 buttons.
This kit is a strong fit for any machine or system that uses electric relays, solenoid coils, or pneumatic valves to control movement or flow. Common applications include:
Tilt tray trucks, tow trucks, car carriers, crane trucks, skip bin loaders, tipper bodies
Irrigation valve control, bale handlers, grain augers, hay forks, hydraulic implements on tractors
Skip bin lifters, compactors, hook loaders, roll-on/roll-off equipment
Conveyor gates and diverters, pneumatic clamping systems, press and actuator control, automated sorting systems
Important note on hydraulic valve control: This system works as an on/off switch — when you press a button, the valve opens fully; when you release it, it closes. This is ideal for most mobile and industrial applications. If your job requires very fine, variable-speed control of hydraulic flow (such as precision levelling or slow load lowering), you may need a proportional valve system and a Different remote control. That said, for the majority of transport, agricultural, and waste industry use cases, on/off control works reliably and is the industry standard.

This system operates at 915MHz using Fast Frequency Hopping (FFH). That means the signal constantly hops between frequencies while transmitting, which makes it virtually immune to interference from other radios, nearby machinery, or other remote control units on the same site.
This is the same technology used in military and medical equipment — now available at a practical price for industrial use. Up to 8 transmitters can operate in the same area with no interference between them.
Both the transmitter and receiver have a 12-way dip switch inside. To pair them, you simply match the switch positions on both units. No apps, no computers, no complicated pairing sequences.
You can also switch between two coding modes:
Using the 4-way dip switch on the receiver, you can set each output to behave differently:
You can mix these modes across outputs — for example, have some functions momentary and others latching.
If a handpiece gets run over, left on-site, or just worn out — we stock replacement 915MHz transmitters off the shelf. No long lead times, no special orders.

This kit is the "brain" — it receives your button press and closes a relay output. To physically move a valve or actuator, you'll need to connect those relay outputs to:
If you're unsure what's needed for your specific setup, give us a call — we're happy to talk it through.
Designed to work directly with this system. Features 1/8" BSPP ports, suitable for air-actuated valves and Cylinders systems on trucks and mobile plant and the Manufacturing Floor. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Not sure whether the 4, 8 or 12-button kit is right for you? Count the number of separate valve functions you need to control — each direction of movement (e.g., extend AND retract) counts as a separate function.
