What's in the Kit

Each kit includes:

• 1 x Handheld transmitter (your choice of 4, 8, or 12 buttons) with silicone protective case
• 1 x Receiver unit housed in a waterproof IP 67 enclosure
• 1 x Pre-wired wiring loom (standard loom wired for all 12 functions — see note below)
• Full setup instructions

Note on wiring: The standard loom comes pre-wired for 12 functions. So it will work with all transmitters whether they are 4, 8, or 12 buttons.

Important note on hydraulic valve control: This system works as an on/off switch — when you press a button, the valve opens fully; when you release it, it closes. This is ideal for most mobile and industrial applications. If your job requires very fine, variable-speed control of hydraulic flow (such as precision levelling or slow load lowering), you may need a proportional valve system and a Different remote control. That said, for the majority of transport, agricultural, and waste industry use cases, on/off control works reliably and is the industry standard.

Why This System Stands Out

Frequency Hopping Technology — No Jamming, No Crosstalk

This system operates at 915MHz using Fast Frequency Hopping (FFH). That means the signal constantly hops between frequencies while transmitting, which makes it virtually immune to interference from other radios, nearby machinery, or other remote control units on the same site.

This is the same technology used in military and medical equipment — now available at a practical price for industrial use. Up to 8 transmitters can operate in the same area with no interference between them.

Simple to Set Up — Dip Switch Coding

Both the transmitter and receiver have a 12-way dip switch inside. To pair them, you simply match the switch positions on both units. No apps, no computers, no complicated pairing sequences.

You can also switch between two coding modes:

• Dip switch mode — 4,096 unique codes. Easy to set manually.
• Encrypted mode — over 16 million unique codes. Ideal for high-security or multi-unit sites.

Flexible Output Modes

Using the 4-way dip switch on the receiver, you can set each output to behave differently:

• Momentary — output is active only while you hold the button (like a deadman switch)
• Latching — press once to turn on, press again to turn off (like a light switch)
• Security Latching — output stays on until power is removed (like an alarm system)

You can mix these modes across outputs — for example, have some functions momentary and others latching.

Built for Australian Conditions

• Tuned specifically for the Australian 915–928MHz band — fully compliant with Australian and New Zealand standard AS/NZS 4268
• Receiver housed in a waterproof IP 67 enclosure

This kit is the "brain" — it receives your button press and closes a relay output. To physically move a valve or actuator, you'll need to connect those relay outputs to:

Installation Tips from Our Technicians

• Fit a 5-amp fuse on the power lead to the receiver to protect the internal electronics
• Mount the receiver inside the cab or a dry enclosure — even though it's waterproof, keeping it dry will extend the life of the wiring loom
• The receiver does not need line-of-sight to the transmitter — 60 metres works even through sheet metal in many cases
• To boost range beyond 60 metres, an external antenna (ELSEMA ANT915S) can be connected to the SMA port on the receiver board
