A quality single spool valve that can be remotely hand actuated with a cable-control, ideal for tipper trucks & various machinery.

Available in two sizes: MB3 to flow 40 Lt/min or MB5 to flow 80 Lt/Min

This setup will enable you to operate the up / down function from the side of the truck or from inside the cab of your truck.

The MB3 and MB5 monoblock valves are available with cylinder or motor spool options.

With a cylinder spool this spool has closed centers, which means that when the lever is let go, your load and or position of the cylinder will stay in position.

With a Motor spool this spool has open centers, which means that when the lever is let go, your motor is allowed to freewheel to a stop without causing any pressure spikes and or sheared shafts..

The cable is available in 1,1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3 m lengths and comes with the control lever and cable connectors.

Please keep this in mind for fitting: Use the least amount of bends when installing the actuator cable, this will allow the cable to move freely and actuate the valve smoothly.

These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high-pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.

Cable controls put the operator away from the valve – keep cable runs under 3 metres with gentle bends or the springs fight you. Grease the pivots yearly; a sticky cable feels like a dying valve but rarely is. Call us for cable lengths and mounting kits to suit.
