This is a great Radio Remote Control System complete with an Italian 3 or 5 Spool (3 or 5 levers with 3 functions remotely controlled) The Galtech Hydraulic Flow Control Valve rated to 270 bar (3,900 psi) and 80 Lt/Min oil flow.

Our brand new system uses an Australian Designed Radio Remote control with a range of up to 150m. It has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class [B] digital device, pursuant to the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS 4268.
Transmit Frequency is 915MHz and is Standard for Industrial remotes:

The remote Control Kit Not only has the Brand New Italian Made Galtech Q75-5 Monoblock Hydraulic Flow Control Valve But it also comes complete with a 8 button hand help radio remote transmitter and a truck-mounted receiver unit.
The kit will come as per photos with a Compressed Air Filter regulator water separator and Lubricator, air push fittings, airline 12v or 24-volt pneumatic solenoids plus remote & receiver. We provide a fitting diagram so only basic tool & electrical knowledge required for DIY.

For extra ease of wiring, we can supply an wiring harness kit. The 6 plug one required for this pack.

This remote control kit will improve the efficiency and speed as well as the safety of your Vehicle Recovery Operations.

The Hydraulic Valve comes with 3 or optional 5 levers (6 to 10 Functions) with Radio Remote Control for 6 functions:

1 & 2 Winch In & Out,
3 & 4 Tray Tilt Up & Down and
5 & 6 Tray Slide In & Out
All 6 functions have manual override levers.
4th and 5 th Levers are for Vehicles fitted with Tee Bar Lift & Lower and Slide in & Out but are manual lever control only.

The hand held 8 Button Radio Remote Transmitter has a range of up to 150 meters. Both the truck mounted Receiver and transmitter are Au / NZ Certified.

Designed specifically for Tilt Tray Trucks for Transport and recovery or vehicles but can be modified to work on Crane trucks, Skip Bin Trucks, as well as Front End Loaders, Drilling rigs, farming and excavation equipment.

Backhoes or any application where you need to control 5 individual cylinders or hydraulic motors (ie winches).

This unit can replace most medium to large tilt tray truck's existing spool valves:. Simply bolt on, & either re attach your existing hoses, or if different thread, buy adaptors (we can supply cheaply) to make your existing hose threads compatible.

The remote unit simply needs power, 12 or 24 volt DC , & basic wiring to the valve solenoids (wiring diagram provided).

The hydraulic valve will require clean dry compressed air from your truck's air supply for the pneumatic solenoids and spool actuators. Solenoids come complete with push fit air fittings and silencers.

The 8 button remote comes with a transmitter and a receiver.

Levers are still attached for convenient use. This valve comes standard with "cylinder spools", which means that when the lever/or remote buttons are released, the tray, winch etc will lock in place.

These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.

These 80 LPM valves require a separate "Power Beyond" sleeve to operate a valve downstream.

Detent is when a you push/pull a lever, it stays forward/back at that position until you move it back to the centre.

Installation ; As per the listed photos, there are a choice of two pressure ports "P" (only use one),
two "T" Tank return ports
and also there is a "C" port. This "C" port is for the: Power Beyond function.
This allows another valve to run pressure from this C port downstream if necessary. (must be a lower volume though). A & B ports run to your cylinder or other functions.
