Ready to fit Remote control Monoblock control & 3 lever control valve, or 5 Lever with three remote functions
This is a brand new high quality made in Taiwan 80 liter per minute valve complete with 8 button remote control unit.

It is designed for Tilt Tray Trucks, and Cranes. Skip Bin Trucks, Front end Loaders, Backhoes, or any application where you need to control 3 individual cylinders or hydraulic motors (ie winches)

This new valve can also replace most older tired and leaking hydraulic valves found in medium to large tilt trucks that use spool valves.
Simply bolt on, either re-attach your existing hoses, or worst in the worst case we can supply adaptors to make your hose threads compatible.

The remote unit requires a clean dry air supply to the valve air/solenoids, power, 12 or 24-volt DC, & basic wiring to the valve solenoids.

This package comes with a combination Air Filter / Pressure Regulator Water Separator and auto Lubricator, to ensure long-term trouble-free working.

Our valve solenoids come complete with push-fit air fittings. We supply a few meters of air hose plus push fits to hook up.
You will need to supply air from your truck's air supply system. (most air tanks have spare blanking plugs to connect to )

Manual Levers are still attached and supplied for convenient manual use. This valve comes standard with 3 cylinder spools, which means when the lever/or button is released, the tray, winch, and tilt will stop and lock in position.

Also in options is the choice of the same valve package, but with 5 levers, & 3 remote functions, ideal for a car cradle use.
Parts in the photo are actual units, & parts are to be supplied. Remote control handpieces are available off the shelf if lost. (We can also supply this with the handpiece numbered 1-8 instead, let us know if preferred)

These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high-pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.

The remote is a semi-water-resistant unit, however, care needs to be taken mounting it. We recommend mounting in your cab, then running some 7-core trailer wire back to the valve. It comes
with an installation guide.

Please note Installation; As per the listing photos, there is a choice of two pressure ports "P" (only use one), two "T" Tank return ports and also there is a "C" port. This "C" port is for the: Power Beyond function. This allows another valve to run pressure from this C port downstream if necessary. (must be a lower volume though). A & B ports run to your cylinder or other functions.
