Two 2 Spool Hydraulic Monoblock valve flows 40 Lt/Min at 250 bar (3,675 psi ) pressure with Optional "Float" Function.
New European made high-quality valve, it is designed for Front end Loaders, tractors, or any application where you need to control two functions such as motors or cylinders.
An Optional 'Float' function on one or both spools with detent is also available, this means if you are controlling a loader (or mower / Slasher attachment) you can get your Blade or attachment to float and 'skim' or follow the contors of the ground.
The Float Lever function: is a 'four' position lever, Up, Down, Center, and Pull all the way down and there is a detent for the "Float" function.
The oil is open to the tank in the Float position allowing your blade to rise & fall freely with the contours of the ground.
The other two positions will allow up or down & will lock or hold the load in the centre position.
The second lever is a regular double acting cylinder or Motor spool according to your requirements.
We can build in two types.
Looking at levers,Also available in TWO x D/A float spools.
These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high-pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.
As standard, this Directional Control Valve (DCV) comes with a cylinder spool as Standard and this is best for use with rams and Cylinders.
Also available is a Motor spool as well as Single acting spool .
A Motor spool is best used to run: spinning motors, as they will come to a slow halt once lever is back in centre position.
The lever action is a spring back to centre one. Ie. you must hold the lever 'On' to flow oil.
It then springs back to centre to lock the oil.
Another optional extra is 'Detent' This is mostly used for motors.
When you pull or push the lever, the lever will stay where pushed, until you pull it back to centre.
