7 Ton Trailer Tipper Kit - with 4 stage Telescopic Cylinder with 750 mm lift, 1.6 kW 12 Volt DC Hydraulic Power Unit with 8 Litre oil Tank and 2 Button Pendant controller.

This is a full 12 Volt DC hydraulic tipper package for heavy duty tipping trailer application.

The Italian made 4 stage telescopic ram has a 750 mm stroke: and will suit heavy duty tipper trailers with a load rating of between 5 and 7 Tons.

The 4 stage telescopic ram is supplied with oil at pressures of up to 200 bar (3,000 psi) from a 1.6 kW, 12 volt DC Hydraulic power Unit fitted with an 8 litre Oil tank.

Pump lift and tipper lower control: is from a weather proof 2 Button pendant controller supplied with a pre-wired 3 Metre Cable.

This tipper Kit is a single acting unit: (ie it comes down via gravity) so the pump only operates when lifting, dropping is very quiet and controlled.

Also supplied is a fully assembled 3.0 metre long Hydraulic Hose: pressure rated to 4000 psi, the 1/2" inch Bore allows for full oil flow to tipper unit from the Pump.

Fast and Easy Connections from the Pump to the Tipper Cylinder: because the pre assemble Hose Fittings allow for easy connections between the hydraulic pump and tipper Cylinder.

A SAFETY BURST VALVE is also available. By law, these safety Burst valves are mandatory.

Safety valve should be installed to cylinders in case of a hose failing or being damaged.

To use one of these safety valves, you must also select the Speed control as these are flow sensitive.

Where and How to Mount the Telescopic Tipper Cylinder

the Ideal mounting place: is at least half of tray length away from rear hinges.

The Ideal pivot point can be calculated based on the tipper body length and the ideal tipping angle of 47 degrees and the Available tipper Lifting Height) in this Case 750 mm .

Always remember to have minimum 15 mm pull out when mounting telescopic cylinders.

You will be required to hook up power to the power pack. High amp weld cable is recommended. Please note; power pack is to be mounted horizontally, you must contact us if you wish to mount vertically as we need to adjust oil pick up in tank.
