Tipper Trailer kit - Hydraulic Telescopic Cylinder and Power Pack - 1,000 mm Lift/ Stroke - 5 tonne load capacity.

This is an hydraulic package for a tipper trailer. It has a 1,000mm stroke telescopic tipper ram and will suit trailers or ute trays.

It has a 5 tonne, 5 stage, ram.

The 12 volt Hydraulic powerpack is a high quality single acting unit (with this design the tipper comes down via gravity when down button is pressed)

It is supplied with a 7.5 litre oil tank & a 2 button control pendant.

We also supply a 2.5 metre 5,000psi swaged hose assembly with adapters.

We do have a couple add on options.

An adjustable SPEED CONTROL VALVE on the power pack to adjust downward rate speed for ram.

SAFETY BURST VALVE. By law, it is mandatory to have a steel on steel Safety valve installed to cylinders in case of a hose being ripped of, & the load dropping. To use one of these safety valves, you must also select the Speed control as these are flow sensitive.

Ideal mounting place: at least half of tray length away from rear hinge. Ideal pivot point is 1190mm from hinges.

Always have minimum 15 mm pull out when mounting ram

You will be required to hook up power to the power pack, high amp weld cable is recommended. Please note; power pack is to be mounted horizontally, you must contact us if you wish to mount vertically as we need to adjust oil pick up in tank.
