This listing is for the manual clutch version, with the Air Clutch available separately as an optional upgrade. The manual clutch features a smooth 180° internal rotation and is easy to operate, while the optional Air Clutch kit allows for remote pneumatic clutch activation when required. Delivering an impressive 15,000lb (6,804kg) of pulling capacity, the HWV15000 features a wide drum and only three layers of cable, enabling a higher minimum pulling force compared to the HWN15000I. Built to European EN standards, this model is one of the hardest-working hydraulic winches and is trusted for continuous commercial duty. A factory-installed cable tensioner keeps the steel cable tidy and evenly spooled during operation for improved performance and safety. The wet-type hydraulic disc brake provides automatic load holding, and the full steel two-stage planetary gearbox ensures durable, efficient torque transfer under heavy loads. With full IP67 waterproofing, this winch is designed for operation in mud, water, snow, salt and harsh environmental conditions.
