This is our best value tilt tray valve with remote control package.
It is a brand new high quality Valve made in Europe, Oil Flow is rated 80 liter per minute.

Comes complete with

• A wireless 8 button transmitter and 8 Channel Receiver / control unit,
• 3 x Double acting Compressed air Solenoid valves
• Filter Regulator Lubricator for Compressed
• plus air hoses & quick fit fittings

It is ideal for for Tilt Tray Trucks, Small Cranes. Skip Bin Trucks, Attachments on tractors Loaders and excavators, or any application where you need to control 3, or 5 individual cylinders or hydraulic motors (ie winches).

This valve unit will replace the original valve fitted to most medium to large tilt tray trucks.
Simply bolt on, either re-attach your existing hoses, or worst case buy adaptors (which we can supply) to make your hose threads compatible.

The remote control function on this valve requires a Clean and Dry Compressed air supply to the air valve's pneumatic solenoids.
It requires DC power, either 12 or 24 volts (please specify), & basic wiring to the valve solenoids.

This package also comes with an compressed Air water Separator / filter regulator and Lubricator, to ensure long-term trouble-free working.
Our valve solenoids come complete with push-fit air fittings.

We also supply a few meters of compressed air tubing plus push fit tube fittings to hook up.

You will need to join to the compressed air on your truck. (most air tanks have spare blanking plugs to run from, Please do not Tee into air brake systems!).

The 8-button remote Transmitter is supplied programmed and linked to a Receiver: unit that will send signals directly to the control valve. The Monoblock Hydraulic flow control valve is also supplied with Levers for convenient manual use. These levers can be rotated 180* if required for fitting.

You can request us to turn the lever boxes as per photo. Otherwise you are able to easily remove allen key bolts & rotate the lever box your self.
This valve comes standard with 3 or 5 cylinder spools, this means that when the lever or button has been released the tray, winch, etc will lock the cylinder or winch in place.

Also available is a 5-lever valve with 3 remote control functions.
Use remote functions for Winch, Tray Tilt & and Tray Slide, and use two manual levers for Car Cradle or Tee Bar.

Remote control handpieces (transmitters) are available off the shelf if lost or damaged.

These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high-pressure Hydraulic oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors

The remote is a semi-water-resistant unit, however, care needs to be taken mounting it. We recommend mounting it in your cab, then running some 7-core trailer wire back to the valve. It comes with an installation guide.

Please note

Installation; As per the listing photos, there is a choice of two pressure ports "P" (only use one), two "T" Tank return ports and also there is a "C" port. This "C" port is for the: Power Beyond function. This allows another valve to run pressure from this C port downstream if necessary. (must be a lower volume though, & MUST have Tank return hoses from BOTH valves.
