HOLLOW 10,000 psi rated 20 - 60 TON Heber Hydraulic Cylinder for Pulling and Lifting Duties Pressure.
These Premium Hollow Cylinders good for lifting, jacking, pulling, and cable or Reo stretching applications.
The design of these Rams are as follows: single acting spring return, 10,000 psi hydraulic Hollow cylinders available in a variety of tonnages with various Lift Heights or Pulling Strokes.
- Design is Single Acting - Spring Return, pressures up to 10,000psi (700 bar)
- Capacity : 20 - 30 and 60 Ton,
- Available Strokes : 75mm - 150mm.
Hollow or Center Hole rams are ideal for stretching cable or pulling Stuck, Frozen or Seized pins and bearings using a high tensile threaded rods and specialised tooling.
Used in the maintenance of earthmoving Equipment and in heavy engineering workshops.
Designed for: Lifting, Pushing, Pulling, or Pressing.

Instructions for Use:
How to Lift or Shift Heavy Loads Safely:
● When lifting something heavy, make sure the centre of gravity is
balanced. Choose a jacking or lifting point that's solid, and place the base of
the cylinder on a flat surface.
● Don't forget to consider the ground conditions – soft or uneven
ground can cause the cylinder to tilt or sink. Use a good, strong
timber base for extra stability.
● The solid rod cylinders work just as well for lifting things vertically
or Pushing Horizontally they also be used UPSIDE Down,
● The Hollow Rod Cylinders are even more versatile as they can
Push and or Pull Vertically and Horizontally.
With Hollow rams, be aware especially with longer strokes, when pulling out pins, etc, if your ram is not ‘square’ to the pin, you can damage the ram by inducing too much ‘side load’ at long strokes.
Please ensure the job is well lined up & square:, and if in doubt, only pull out to half stroke, and then readjust your pulling rod.
Failure to pull straight may lead to ROD or Bore damage and this is not warranted.
These hollow cylinders are physically quite large and heavy: Handle with Care and wear appropriate Eye safety, Gloves and Safety Boots .
