Industrial or Mobile Remote Controled Hydraulic Valve for four separate fuctions with 4 remote control air actuators and 4 manual lever overide.

Kit includes (fully refurbished) Oilpath OP 20, four (4) spool valve with four (4) remote control air actuators.
The OP20 Flow Control Valve is pressure rated to 250 bar (3,600 psi) and oil flows upto 120 Lt/Min.
(Please note the Valve is refurbished and comes with 12 MONTH WARRANTY)

Also Included is a new 8 button Radio Remote Control System.

The new remote control system: uses an Australian Designed Radio Remote control with a range of up to 150m. It has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class [B] digital device, pursuant to the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS 4268.

The remote control kit comes with the following components

This remote control kit will improve the efficiency and speed as well as the safety of your Vehicle Stability Operations.

The Hydraulic Valve has 4 levers (8 Functions) with Radio Remote Control of all 8 functions,

1 & 2 Front Right Stabiliser Up and Down,
3 & 4 Front Left Stabiliser Up and Down
5 & 6 Rear Right Stabiliser Up and Down
7 & 8 Rear Left Stabiliser Up and Down
All 8 functions have manual override levers.

The hand held 8 Button Radio Remote Transmitter has a range of up to 150 meters.

Designed specifically for Motor Homes but can be modified to work on any Mobile of Stationary Hydraulic Equipment, including Drilling and Piling rigs, farming and excavation equipment. Backhoes or any application where you need to control 4 individual cylinders.

The remote unit simply needs power, 24 volt DC , & basic wiring to the valve solenoids (wiring diagram provided).

The hydraulic valve will require clean dry compressed air from your truck's air supply for the pneumatic solenoids and spool actuators. Solenoids come complete with push fit air fittings and silencers.

The 8 button remote comes with a transmitter and a receiver.

Levers are still attached for convenient use. This valve comes standard with 4 cylinder spools, which means when the lever/or button are released, the cylinder will stop in place.

These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.

Please note*

These valves require a separate "Power Beyond" sleeve to operate a valve downstream.

Detent is when a you push/pull a lever, it stays forward/back at that position until you move it back to the centre.

Installation ; As per the listed photos, there are a choice of two pressure ports "P" (only use one),
two "T" Tank return ports and
on some models there is also there is a "C" port. This "C" port is for the: Power Beyond function.
This allows another valve to run pressure from this C port downstream if necessary.
(must be a lower volume though).
A & B ports run to your cylinders or other functions.
