Motorhome Hydraulic Stabilising and Levelling kit with durable Hydraulic components.
Control the actions of four (4) powerful and Heavy Duty Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinders to level and stabilise Motor Homes, Large Caravans and Converted Buses.

With a stroke of fourteen inches (16") (other stroke lengths available) Each of these Four (4) Australian made Cylinders can generate 6.6 tons of lifting power (24 Tons total weight) and will comfortably and safely Level and Stabilise your motor home once you have reached your next destination.

These are purpose made & have a large and solid 2" Rod: size to minimise 'side load' from bending the ram.

Each Cylinder is fitted with a dual Pilot operated check type load hold valve that will prevent any overnight creeping or dropping.

This is also an important safety item, in case a hydraulic hose is ever ripped out or damaged. The legs can not drop.

With a total lifting capacity 26.4 tonnes, this kit utilises your choice of 12 or 24 V DC Hydraulic power pack to supply a four spool monoblock flow control valve that individually controls the extend and retract action of each cylinder. Please note, the valve with hoses attached in the photo is just an indication for hosing. The valve supplied is in last photo. Handles are able to be rotated 90° if needed.

We will supply all hydraulic adapters to fit hardware ports, hose & field fit reusable hose tails. You are able to cut hose on-site to lengths required, & fit hydraulic hose tails using a vice & spanner.

You will need to fit a power switch for the power pack so that it only runs when operating the valve to control the legs (to prevent exceeding the duty cycle).
