Flange Code 62 x JIC Male 45° Compact

45° adaptors take the fight out of hose routing – a gentle set bend that clears obstacles without the tight loop a straight fitting would force.

Ways to buy:

  • Off the shelf – pick your size from the dropdown below and it’s on its way.
  • Need a size or combination you can’t see? Call us – if it exists, we can get it.

How to choose

  • Match both thread ends to what you are joining; the angle just sets the direction.
  • Use a 45° where a 90° would kink flow harder than you need – gentler angle, less pressure drop.
  • Set the fitting direction before final torque, not after.
  • Not sure? Call us and we will confirm the size.

Technicians Advice

Aim the elbow before you tighten: BSPP ends seal on a bonded washer so final position and seal happen together – plan the last quarter turn to land on your angle. Never use the elbow as a lever to spring a hose into line; the hose should reach naturally with the bend relaxed. Each elbow adds pressure drop, so if a line collects two or three of them, consider re-routing the hose instead.
