Electric Tipper Valve for Light Duty Tipper Trucks, 1/2" BSPP Ports, Twin 12 or 24 V DC Solenoid coils, Oil flows up to 40 Lt/min.

This is a quality tipper valve at a great price specifically designed for light duty tipper trucks.

Simply attach pressure to 'IN' port, your tank return line to "T" port and connect your hoist cylinder or ram to the top port.
This valve is for Single Acting Hoist cylinders: ie only one hose goes to the hoist ram.

Hoist comes down via gravity when you push down button and energise the second coil.

Please note: Switch is not included, you can obtain any 2 way spring to centre toggle switch from an electronics shop.
Available for either 12 or 24 Volt DC Trucks.
You will be able to control the Valve and the raising and lowering of your tipper from the comfort of your cab.

Operating Principal

• Open center hydraulic scheme according to meet CE standards
• Built-in check and adjustable relief valves
• Either Chassis or tank (DSE kit) mounting options.
• Spare oil pressure signal port ready for mounting of a pressure switch.
  An optional pressure switch senses a predetermined set pressure and mechanically
  opens and closes the electrical circuit and the valve.
  A pressure switch can be used to stop oil flow at hoist maximum extension, or
  as a safety device when the tipper is overloaded with product.
