3.5" Bore Budget Priced AG Hydraulic Cylinder with 1.75" inch chrome rod, Available with limited Strokes from 4 to 48" inches, Produces up to 12.8 Tons Force at 3,000 psi (207 bar)

These are high-quality double-acting cylinders. Sizes are common AG style, easily interchanged with many other AG ram brands.
This 3.5" bore cylinder has a strong 1.75" diameter rod.
It has dual 3/4" UNO ports for easy and flexible hose connection options.
These cylinders come a female clevis with 1" pins and safety lynch pins (clips) at both ends.
(note 1.5" bore cylinders have 3/4 pins and 5" bore cylinders have 1-1/4 pins)

Maximum forces / pressures that can be applied (under extension and retraction).
As with all cylinders, the longer the stroke, the less force (pressure) that can safely be applied during extension.

For Example
AG 1512-150 (1.5 bore, 12 inch stroke, and 7/8 inch rod) can push 2.3 tonnes,
whilst an AG 3520-175 (3.5" bore, 20 inch stroke, and 1.75" inch rod) can only safely push 11.3 tons without the risk of the rod buckling.

IMPORTANT Note: If the load (in ton) you are looking push is more than the number indicated on the chart you will have to move up in bore or rod size or add another Cylinder.

The chart below gives the maximum extension force at full stroke and exceeding these limits may result in rod buckling.

• The values are based on a safety factor of 2 with the cylinder operating vertical and fully guided.
• For horizontal or operating in an arc these values may have to be reduced.

Single Acting Use
If the intended use is for Single acting setup we highly recommend the following,
To assist in preventing the ingress of contamination we recommend at a minimum
the installation of a breather plug into the air side cylinder port.
Connecting a hose from the air/breather side back to the oil reservoir can further increase cylinder life.

The warranty is 12 months. (our Australian made cylinders have 2 Year warranty, see listing below)
