1. Heavy-duty Roller Fairlead (Option): Reduces Cable wear, tear and rubbing by guiding the cable into and out of the winch.

It features close tolerance machining, for perfect mounting onto winch body.
The large diameter rollers are manufactured from hardened thick walled steel tube and are fitted with heavy-duty composite bushes, for reduced maintenance and Long Cable Life.

2. Cable tensioner (Option): Prevents wire rope from tangling when not under tension and bunching up when free spooling.
Tensioner has a strong frame with heavy duty springs, it has a Zinc plated finish, the top roller is made from a composite Synthetic material to resist rust.

3. Manual clutch (option) : Manual clutch for drum free spooling.

4. Hydraulic motor: High Torque Orbital hydraulic motor, with splined output shaft and durable painted finish.

6. Over-centre valve (Option): Special noiseless over-centre valve Protects the winch and Hydraulic Motor against over loading and over pressurisation. Based on Vime’s own design for low profile hose connection.
