The N Series SAE Code 61 Flange is a premium, one-piece "Crimp On" hydraulic hose tail engineered specifically for ultra-high-pressure applications.

Manufactured to stringent standards, these fittings are designed for use with SAE 100R15 multi-spiral hydraulic hose, supporting working pressures up to 425 bar (6,164 psi).

Featuring a Non-Skive design:, these fittings allow for immediate assembly without the need to strip the outer cover of the hose, ensuring structural integrity and reduced assembly time.

While the hose itself is rated for ultra-high pressure, the Code 61 flange interface is a standard medium-pressure connection, providing a versatile solution for heavy-duty plant and industrial machinery.

Technician’s Advice

When installing new SAE Code 61 or Code 62 Flange fittings, it is highly recommended that the two-piece flange clamp sets are also replaced.
Over time, clamps can suffer from "bowing" or stress fatigue, and even bruising which prevents even pressure distribution across the flange face.
Always ensure the O-ring is seated correctly and that the four bolts are tightened in a cross-pattern to the correct torque.

Failure to replace worn clamps can lead to premature O-ring failure and high-pressure leaks.
