This premium range of one-piece "Crimp On" hydraulic hose tails is designed specifically for demanding high-pressure applications.

Manufactured in South Korea: to exacting standards, these fittings are a direct equivalent to "Parker" style non-skive ultra-high pressure components.

The N Series design eliminates the need for skiving: (removing the outer cover of the hose), allowing for a more efficient assembly process while maintaining a working pressure rating of up to 420 bar (6,100 psi).

Featuring a BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) female swivel nut with a 60° taper seat, these fittings ensure a leak-free connection under extreme vibration and pressure spikes.

Both Australian Standards and mining guidelines mandate that the hose, fitting, and ferrule be laboratory-tested together as a unified system to prevent catastrophic failure or fluid injection injuries. We do not support "mixing and matching" brands; using incorrect swage dimensions on ultra-high-pressure SAE 100R15 lines (rated to 420 bar / 6100 psi) significantly increases the risk of hose blow-offs and is a breach of site safety protocols. We will always recommend and provide the specific high-pressure hose that is manufactured to match the fittings we sell, ensuring a fully engineered N Series non-skive assembly.

Technician’s Advice

When assembling high-pressure 4-wire or 6-wire multi-spiral hose (SAE 100R15), ensuring the correct crimp diameter is critical for safety.
These are non-skive fittings, meaning you do not need to strip the outer rubber. Ensure the hose is cut square and pushed fully home against the shoulder of the fitting before swaging. Always check for any signs of wire fatigue if reusing old hoses (not recommended).
