Used exclusively for Hydraulic Hammer, Rock Breaker and or Auger hoses, with crimped on high pressure hose ends with options of straight and or compact "block" 90 elbows in various thread types, BSP JIC and UNO Live Swivel.

This listing is for 2 metre long 4,000 PSi 1/2 inch two wire Hydraulic Auger hose or hoses Standard finished length is two (2) metres long .

Due to their high work to flex rate, these are considered a consumable item and many operators purchase Spare hoses to keep them going when their current Auger hoses eventually fail usually with only one hole to go.

Because of the many pulses & constant bending as the Augers drill deeper into the ground, Auger Hoses they tend to wear and eventually blow out.

The most common fitting on Augers is the 90 degree BSP compact elbow or the 90° Block elbow with a 7/8" UNF (dash 14) UNO "Live Male Swive" end. As per the image below.

We do offer a few other thread hose end options. By default, we will make your hose 2 meters long. However, if you message or call, we can shorten it to your requirements. if you need different ends, you are able to order custom lengths & ends as per the photos in the image gallery and from the drop down menu.

Construction
Synthetic rubber tube: two braids of special high tensile steel wire reinforcement separated by synthetic rubber layer; oil, weather, and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber outer cover.

Application
Medium to High-Pressure hydraulic lines. Suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, synthetic esters, biodegradable hydraulic fluids, water glycol-based fluids, and air. For air applications above 100psi, the cover should be pin pricked.
Range of Temperature -40˚C to +100˚C
Couplings 275 Bar, 4200psi
