7. Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to fulfil your order within the estimated delivery times provided. However, we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered within the specified time frame. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the products you have purchased from us
are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the consumer guarantees provided under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. To initiate a return, please contact us with your proof of purchase, and we will assess your request in accordance with our obligations under the ACL.
If you change your mind about a purchase, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion, provided that the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Please note that you may be responsible for any return shipping costs.
