As a general rule if sized correctly you need to allow 20% more wrap length than the length of the product you are wrapping.
This is a top-quality product we have installed on thousands of hoses in our daily work.
We choose to use this brand as it is simply the best.
Size stated is Outside diameter. ID is stated in graph below. Check the outside diameter of your hose to choose the correct fit. This hose protection will suit most types of hydraulic hoses correctly. (Also available in 50 mt boxes in some sizes) Generally you want spiral wrap size a touch smaller than OD of your hose so it doesn't slide around. 16mm suits 1/4" two wire, 20mm suits 3/8" two wire, 25mm suits 1/2" two wire, 32mm suits 3/4" two wire, etc

As with our smaller sizes, this product is temperature resistant from -40°C to 138°C and is Certified FRAS (Fire Resistant Anti Static) as well as MSHA (Mine Safety Health Administration).
