Velcro Hose Fast Sleeve – PA6 Textile with PU Coating

The Velcro Fast Sleeve is a high-utility protective solution engineered for the bundling and abrasion protection of hydraulic hoses, electrical cables, and tubing.

Designed specifically for post-assembly installation, it eliminates the requirement to disconnect lines, preventing fluid loss, system contamination, and labor-intensive bleeding procedures.

• Substrate: 100% PA6 (Polyamide 6) high-tenacity textile.
• Coating: Integrated Waterproof PU (Polyurethane) layer for chemical, oil, and moisture resistance.
• Fastening: Heavy-duty Hook & Loop (Velcro) longitudinal closure.
• Approval: MSHA Approved (Mine Safety Health Administration).
• Durability: High-grade abrasion resistance with a low friction coefficient to minimize heat build-up and wear.
• Integrity: Specialized bonding process allows cutting to length without edge fraying.

Dimensional Data & Sizing

All sizes are supplied in 25 Meter Rolls. The Internal Diameter (I.D.) is measured when the Velcro is fastened and the sleeve is held in a circular profile.
