Hydraulic Hose Burst Sleeve – MSHA Nylon Safety Sleeve (50 Metre Rolls)
Heavy-duty woven nylon burst sleeve that protects operators from high-pressure oil-injection injury if a hydraulic hose bursts — and shields the hose itself from abrasion and UV. MSHA accepted, the standard fit-out on mining, civil and forestry machinery, and increasingly required on construction sites.
Fits like a sock: slide it over the hose before the second fitting is crimped, or specify it on new assemblies. If sliding a sleeve on is not an option, see our Velcro-closure burst sleeve range. Sold in full 50 metre rolls only — 12 sizes from 18mm to 110mm inside diameter.
