STAUFF Universal Accumulator Charging Kit with Nitrogen Regulator

The STAUFF Universal Accumulator Charging Kit with Nitrogen Regulator is designed for charging, testing, and gas bleeding of hydraulic accumulators. It is suitable for use with most common bladder and diaphragm type accumulators.

This kit includes a nitrogen gas regulator that allows for accurate control of both pressure and gas flow from a nitrogen cylinder or manifold. The dual gauge regulator enables visual monitoring of inlet and outlet pressure, which is essential for safely and slowly pre-charging accumulators to help prevent damage to internal components.

All parts are packaged in a carry case for easy transport and storage. The kit is suitable for workshop or field use across various hydraulic applications.

Kit contents:

  • 1 x Charging head for testing and pressurising (swivel connection M28x1.5)
  • 5 x Charging adaptors in various sizes
  • 1 x Safety pressure gauge 0–100 bar (0–1450 PSI)
  • 1 x Safety pressure gauge 0–250 bar (0–3625 PSI)
  • 1 x High-pressure gas hose, 2000mm long, with SKK-20 1/4” BSPP female connection
  • 1 x Plastic carry case with handle, latches, and oil-resistant foam lining
  • 1 x STAUFF nitrogen gas regulator with Type 51 adaptor
  • 1 x Type 50 gas bottle adaptor
  • 1 x Pair of safety goggles
  • 1 x 6mm hex key

Does not include Accumulator Bladders
