This Portable Hydraulic Hose Crimper come with 8 sets of Dies and an "Enerpac" P392 two stage High Speed
10,000 psi hand-operated Pump as well as an optional compressed air-operated 10,000 psi
foot or hand-actuated pump.

Compared to a single-speed type hand pump the Enerpac P392: Hand actuated pump is a 2 speed pump and can reduce the number of hand strokes to complete a full crimp by as much as 75%.

The 2 speed design will deliver high flow and low pressure such as when closing the crimper dies until the dies start to contact the hose fitting to be crimped and the pressure and load start to increase.
When this point is reached, the pump will automatically switch to the low flow high-pressure stage.

This great combo makes this crimper more user-friendly,
faster and less taxing on the body especially if you are making multiple hose assemblies.

Simply screw on the High-pressure quick connector hose to the coupler supplied on this model crimper,
plug air into the foot pedal, & you will have both hands free to hold and guide the hose-crimping process.

Important When using the foot pedal, you must CLOSE the hand pump release valve,
otherwise fluid will run in & out of the hand pump.

Simply use the foot pedals release function.

Also Included is a Plastic Storage case for your die sets.
It is highly recommended to NOT store the die sets in the draw if moving the machine

because when carrying the unit to the site, you could lose a die making that size useless.
