Manufactured by Youli Taiwan, These high-quality 45 Lt/min monoblock valves are available with optional Joystick controls.
We can supply this valve from 2 up to 6 functions or Spools. These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.

Joysticks mounted on a monoblock valve will help improve efficiency and reduce fatigue: because it allows the user to operate 2 functions or spools with only one lever. For example controlling the flow of oil to two drive motors on a piece of mobile equipment such as a cherry picker, or using two interlinked functions such as the boom and bucket on an Earth Mover / excavator.

This valve will flow up to 45 Lt/min at a pressure of up to 315 bar (4,600 psi) ,

Please be aware that 2 joysticks close together may in some instances or positions clash, for example on a four spool monoblock with 2 joysticks side by side the joystick levers may clash in a certain positions.

Solution, order a 5 spool and have a spare function available when required. or

Move one lever from vertical position to horizontal position.

By default, any standard lever action is Spring Return to Center. The manual levers are able to be mounted at either straight out (horizontal) or straight up (vertical) .

Motor spools are also available Standard Supply is Cylinder Spools.

Detent is when a you fully push/pull a lever, and it stays in the fully forward / back at that position until you move it back to the centre.

Installation ; As per photos, there are a choice of two pressure ports "P" (only use one), two "T" Tank return ports and also there is a "C" port. This "C" port is for the: Power Beyond function. This allows another valve to run pressure from this C port downstream if necessary. (must be a lower volume though). A & B ports run to your cylinder or other functions.
