The compact power unit supplied WITHOUT the electric motor – pump, manifold, relief valve and steel tank as one assembly, ready for you to fit your own motor (AC, DC or air). What is in the box

• One pump-and-tank assembly: gear pump, manifold block, factory-set relief valve and steel tank as selected. NO electric motor – you supply and fit your own. Motors, pumps and valves are available separately – see below.

How to choose

• Pump size (cc) sets the flow for a given motor speed – bigger cc = more L/min, but needs more motor power.
• Match the motor to the pump and pressure: undersize it and the pump stalls under load.
• Tank size: add up your cylinder oil volume and leave 20-30%% air space.

Technicians Advice

This is the pump, manifold and tank assembly WITHOUT the electric motor – you fit your own. Match the motor shaft, flange and rotation to the pump: these use a standard compact coupling, so confirm your motor’s shaft and face before ordering. Size the motor to the pump and pressure – a bigger pump on an undersized motor stalls under load.

Prime the pump before first run, fill with the ram retracted, cycle twice and top up. Leave the relief factory-set unless you have a gauge on the port, and fit a magnetic drain plug from day one – there is no return filter.
