Hydraulic Power Pack 2.2 kW, 240 Volts AC, Oil Flow up to 6.0 Lt/min at maximum 3,000 PSI (200 bar) pressure.
Available with Pressure and Tank Ports P&T for remote valve applications or with double acting Cee Top 3 Solenoid Valve for remote push button solenoid coil control.
Summary
This is a single-phase 240 Volt AC hydraulic Power Unit with a 2.2 kW motor and a 2.1cc/rev pump with a flow rate of 6 liters per minute at a factory set pressure of 2,500 PSI. (max pressure is 3,000 psi)
Available in 2 variations: 240 volt AC - P & T (Pressure & Tank ports), or with Double acting Solenoid control.
This 240 Volt DC Power Pack has been designed specifically as a compact Hydraulic Power Unit to Supply high Pressure oil at an oil flow of 6 Lt/min to a remote mounted hydraulic system or circuit.
These Standard pump and Motor are are designed for intermittent use only not continuous running.
If Continuous running is required: then please select continuous duty in the options, This will supply you with a different motor and larger oil tank to absorb the additional heat generated from the constantly recirculated oil.
Both Units are Capable of generating up to 200 Bar (3000 PSI) Pressure:. This unit is available as a P & T (for use with a lever directional valve),
and D/A double acting: which drives the load both up & down.
For the D/A, we can supply solenoid coils in a choice of 12v DC, 24 v DC, or 240v AC.
We also can supply a 5-48V momentary cable control pendants in another listing please see link below

Pendants are not supplied with these power units.
Please note: for 240-volt coils, we cannot supply hand-held control pendants.
Please also note; electric cables are not supplied with these units as per Australian law an Electrician is required by law to connect power cords..
There is a wiring diagram under the power terminal lid.
ROTATION When installing cable, the fan must run counterclockwise when looking from behind at the motor fan
Mocen AC power units are CCW looking at the motor fan.
Tank Size Selection:
Heat is a by-product of hydraulic energy. It is the biggest enemy of hydraulic circuits, in that it can significantly degrade oil structure, 'cook' hoses & seals & lead to early pump failure so as a general rule a larger tank is always better.
For these reasons, it is important to choose the correct oil tank size to aid in oil cooling.
Tank dimensions are below. (please use dimensions as per below to work out length & height)
These Units unit comes Standard with a 10 lt tank for Intermittent Duty,
and with an 18Lt Tank for Continuous Duty.
