• S/A (Single Acting) Ideal for Single Acting Cylinders such as Hoists on small tippers and trailers
• D/A (Double Acting) for all Double Acting Cylinders where power is required on extend and retract.

Powered by 12 or 24 Volt DC this proven quality Hydraulic Power Pack or HPU comprises a Motor, Pump, Tank & optional Solenoid valves.
It is designed to supply an oil flow of 5.0 Lt/Min at a Pressure of up to 3,000 PSI.

This pump is available with the following

P & T Pressure & Tank port model.
Connect a pressure line to the hydraulic unit's outlet, which in turn will connect to your own manual flow control valve.

S/A single-acting.
Comes with an optional pendant controller, Powerpack only drives load up. gravity brings load down

D/A double-acting.
Comes with optional pendant control, and drives load both up & down. (as per photo)

Tank sizing

3.8 , 5.7 and 10 Litre tank Options are available for P & T, Single Acting & Double Acting power units.

The 10 liter tank option is probably the best option as more oil is always better for longer pump life and heat control .

Please note Double Acting Cylinders and rams do send some oil back from other side of the piston when extending / retracting, meaning a larger oil capacity is not always required.

For large Single Acting cylinders, a larger tank may be required.

Please note. As standard, these power units are designed to be mounted Horizontally.

If mounting Vertically (tank down only) you must let us know as we need to change the oil pickup inside the tank.
NOTE: Mounting a Standard Pump Vertically will starve the Pump of Oli as the oil pickup will be too high.

USE on the following equipment
e.g. Mini Cranes, Tail Gate Loaders, Ramps on trailers and low loaders Camper van or camper trailer leveling, Small Tipper truck, Small to medium car Transporters and tow trucks, or any other hydraulic circuit requiring intermittent use, low flow, and high-pressure hydraulic oil.

Can also be used in Marine environments for Heavy Centerboard lifting and Davit Cranes.
This Unit is capable of generating up to 200 Bar (3000 PSI) Pressure at a reduced flow rate.

Pressure relief is set at 2500 psi as standard

For Intermittent use only
Duty Cycle = 25% at Low Duty, low load and pressure (600 PSI) = 100Amps Draw,
Allowable run time 12.5 minutes and then allowed to totally cool down.
or 150 seconds ON - 400 seconds OFF.

Duty Cycle = 19% at Medium duty medium load and pressure (1600 PSI) = 160 Amps Draw
Allowable run time of 7.5 minutes and then allowed to totally cool down.
or 150 seconds ON - 640 seconds OFF.

Duty Cycle = 7% 300 Amps High Duty High Load and pressure (3000 PSI) = 300 Amps Draw
Allowable run time 1.7 Minutes and then allowed to totally cool down
or 150 seconds ON and 2000 seconds OFF.
