Stauff Digital Hydraulic Inline Flow Meter measures oil flows up to 800 Lt/min and pressures to 480 bar (7,000 psi).
Take Total Control of Your Hydraulic System Diagnostics and Easily and Precisely monitor and measure its performance.
The "Webtec" DHM Digital Inline Hydraulic Flow Meter: is the ultimate tool for quickly and accurately diagnosing issues and adjusting for correct Flow, Temperature, and Pressure in any hydraulic circuit.
Best of All the DHM comes with a Manufacturer’s Five Year Limited Warranty.
The DHM can also Store internally up to 12 Sets of Data Points and generate reports on:
Power: Calculated from flow and pressure and Display units: HP or KW (linked to pressure units)
Accuracy: ± 3 kW / 4 HP (≤ 100 kW / 134 HP), and ± 5 kW / 6.7 HP (> 100 kW / 134 HP)
This hydraulic flow testing unit is used for measuring the flow rate of fluids in mobile and industrial hydraulics. It is designed with a loading valve to be able Strain or Induce a simulated Load to the hydraulic system and to therefore more accurately create real world operating Flows Pressures and Temperatures.
Suitable for 10-800 LPM , Max.: 480 bar (7,000 psi), Max.: 110 °C (230 °F)
The DHM digital hydraulic inline multimeter uses Bluetooth Smart (v4.0) to communicate with mobile phones and tablets running iOS and Android operating systems.
The portable instrument produces electronic reports: that can be emailed to recipients.
It records and saves up to 12 sets of data points: to its internal memory.
All models are powered by a standard 9-V battery that normally provides more than six months of testing time.
The portable instrument has four screens: that can be toggled by a panel button.
Optional Calibration Certificate: this certificate is an optional extra. Please note that the Unit needs to be calibrated & recorded at Stauff NSW Head office. Please allow 2 weeks for this procedure. This is at an additional cost.

Benefit: Enjoy the convenience of remote monitoring and data logging, reducing clutter and enhancing safety by keeping you clear of moving parts.
You can Access crucial diagnostic information from your tablet or smartphone.
Comprehensive Hydraulic Testing:
Measures Flow, Pressure, and Temperature: All critical parameters are checked simultaneously.
Benefit: Get a complete overview of your hydraulic system's health in one go, simplifying troubleshooting and maintenance.
Full Back Pressure Capability (Up to 480 bar / 7,000 psi): Handles demanding conditions effortlessly.
Benefit: Accurately simulate real-world operating environments without compromising the tester's integrity, ensuring reliable diagnostic results.
Built-in Loading Valve: Allows you to simulate various operating conditions.
Benefit: Test pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders under load, helping you identify performance issues that might not appear under non-load conditions.
Bi-Directional Flow Testing: Connects anywhere in the hydraulic system to test in both directions.
Benefit: Versatile and flexible for diagnosing components in any part of the circuit, regardless of flow direction.
Precision Measurement Technology:
Axial Turbine Flow Measurement: Utilises an axial turbine whose speed is directly proportional to oil velocity. Magnetic sensing and a built-in microprocessor provide amplified and linearised signals.
Benefit: Delivers highly accurate and reliable flow readings (in lpm or gpm, selectable on some models), crucial for pinpointing flow-related inefficiencies.
Advanced Pressure Measurement: Features a Bourdon tube pressure gauge filled with glycerine for dampening pulsating pressures, along with a direct-mounted pressure transducer.
Benefit: Captures fast pressure transients with improved accuracy and provides stable, readable pressure measurements, even in dynamic systems. A low-pressure gauge port is also provided for additional monitoring.
Thermistor Temperature Transducer: Directly in contact with the oil flow. Readout on meter scale calibrated to read 0 - 120°C or 32 - 250°F.
Benefit: Provides immediate and accurate oil temperature readings, essential for preventing overheating and extending fluid and component lifespan.
Enhanced Safety & Durability:
Bi-Directional Loading Valve with Safety Burst Discs: Gives positive shut-off and pressure control in both directions, incorporating two easily replaceable safety burst discs.
Benefit: Protects both the tester and your valuable machinery from overpressure events, enhancing operational safety and extending equipment life.
Shuttle Valve Integration: Automatically directs the highest pressure (from inlet or outlet) to the measuring point.
Benefit: Ensures the pressure gauge always displays the relevant system pressure, simplifying operation and enhancing diagnostic clarity.
Tough Aluminium Base Block Construction: Designed for demanding hydraulic environments.
Benefit: Offers exceptional durability and longevity, ensuring your investment stands up to rigorous daily use.
