This valve is special in that it also comes with a DC Microswitch, which means you can wire up to a 12 or 24 Volt DC Hydraulic powerpack to make it turn on/off only when you pull the lever.

This is best for DC power packs, as they create a lot of Amp draw, & heat. Ideally, you want them to only run when needed.

This micro switch does that. It is designed to control one individual function or cylinder.

• S/A, Single-acting, microswitch only turns the powerpack on in the Up direction
• Float, turns the powerpack on both up & down, but push the lever all the way down, it 'Detents' (Stays held on), the powerpack stays off, & oil can 'free flow' to ram, allowing for 'Float' ie cylinder is not locked.
