"When selecting a pump from the V-Series, ensure your suction line is adequately sized to prevent cavitation;
These piston pumps are precision-machined and will not tolerate oil starvation.
For all models, the case drain must be connected directly to the reservoir and kept below 2 bar to protect the internal shaft seals.
On initial start-up, you must prime the pump by manually filling the case with clean, filtered hydraulic fluid via the top filling port.
Failure to do so will result in immediate catastrophic failure of the piston shoes and swashplate."
