Root cutting heads, chain flails and specialty drain nozzles. Roots, hardened grease and scale do not move for a standard jetting nozzle. These are the heads for when flushing has stopped working and the pipe needs mechanical action as well as water.
Root cutters and chain heads are aggressive by design, so check what the pipe is made of before you send one down - what clears roots from clay or concrete will damage thin wall PVC. Match the head to your flow and pressure, and to the pipe diameter, since an undersized head in a large pipe will chatter rather than cut. Extensions and adaptors for these heads are listed here as well.
