This system is designed for a straightforward DIY installation with basic electrical and tool knowledge
Technician’s Advice
Always ensure your air supply is plumbed through the included filter-regulator-lubricator unit. Clean, lubricated air is critical for the longevity of the pneumatic actuators and solenoids.
When plumbing the hydraulic side, remember that you have a choice of two Pressure (P) and two Tank (T) ports for flexible mounting; however, only use one of each.
Use the manual levers to test your cylinder orientation before relying solely on the remote transmitter.

Also Included is a new 8 button Radio Remote Control System.
The new remote control system: uses an Australian Designed Radio Remote control with a range of up to 150m. It has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class [B] digital device, in accordance to the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS 4268.
The remote control kit comes with the following components

Designed specifically for Motor Homes but can be modified to work on any Mobile of Stationary Hydraulic Equipment, including Drilling and Piling rigs, farming and excavation equipment. Backhoes or any application where you need to control 4 or 5 individual cylinders.
The remote unit simply needs power, 24 volt DC , & basic wiring to the valve solenoids (wiring diagram provided).
The hydraulic valve's pneumatic actuators and will require clean dry compressed air: from your truck's or vehicles air supply for the pneumatic solenoids and spool actuators. Solenoids come complete with push fit air fittings and silencers.
The 8 button remote comes with a transmitter and a receiver.
Levers are still attached for convenient use. This valve comes standard with 5 cylinder spools, which means when the lever/or button are released, the cylinder will stop in place.
These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.

Installation ; As per the listed photos, there are a choice of two pressure ports "P" (only use one),
two "T" Tank return ports and
on some models there is also there is a "C" port. This "C" port is for the: Power Beyond function.
This allows another valve to run pressure from this C port downstream if necessary.
(must be a lower volume though).
A & B ports run to your cylinders or other functions.
