Radio Remote Controlled complete 5 Function Hydraulic Valve Kit For Tilt Trays, flows to 80 Lt/min pressures to 250 bar

This is a Complete kit: ready to fit with

• A new 80 Lt/min 5 spool monoblock valve with 5 double acting air actuators.
• 5 double acting air solenoids and fittings,
• One Compressed Air Filter Regulator Lubricator
• !2 button Radio Remote Transmitter and Receiver .

The valves 5 remote controlled spools will be able to control the following common functions on a Tilt Tray.

• 1. Winch In / Out
• 2. Tray slide In/ Out
• 3. Tray Tilt Up / Down
• 4. Rear T Bar extend / retract
• 5. Rear T Bar Raise / Lower .

It is designed for Tilt Tray Trucks, Skip Bin Trucks, or any mobile or industrial application: where you need to control 5 individual cylinders or hydraulic motors (i.e. winches).

This unit can replace most medium to large tilt truck existing spool valves. Simply bolt on, either re attach your existing hoses, or worst case buy adaptors (we can supply cheaply) to make your hose threads compatible.

The Radio Remote unit simply needs a compressed air supply (from your Air Brake tanks), and 12 or 24 volt DC power,

This kit does require some Basic wiring to the valve solenoids and the connection of 4 mm compressed air lines from your truck's air supply to the solenoids. Our Compressed air solenoids valves come complete with push fit air fittings and compressed Air filter regulator / Lubricator.

The Radio Remote unit will come Partially wired up with fitting instructions.
