ALPHA Pendant Control Station – 4 to 12 Button, Made in Europe

The ALPHA is the multi-function big brother of the CHARLIE – the same European-made IP65 modular switch system scaled to 4, 6, 8 or 12 single-speed momentary functions. The pick for multi-circuit hydraulic power units, sectional valve banks with solenoid operation, factory machines and test rigs. Supplied as a bare station: wire the contacts (rated to 250 V AC) into your control circuit or coil wiring.

Only need two functions? The CHARLIE station is the compact version, with pre-loomed DC options.

How to choose

One button per momentary function – count the solenoids you need to drive, not the cylinders.
Driving a 6-bank solenoid valve both ways needs 12 functions – that is the ALPHA-12.
Need latching, two-speed or an E-stop in the station? Call us – the elements are modular and we build to order.

Technicians Advice

Like all pendant stations, the ALPHA switches control current only – drive solenoid coils or contactor coils, never motor feeds. Plan your cable before you order: a 12-function station wants a 13-plus core flex, and on long runs the voltage drop on 12 volt coils adds up fast – run 24 volt control or put the relays close to the valve and switch them remotely. Label the cores as you terminate them; the factory button labels are interchangeable, so match the label sheet to your circuit and save the next tech a day of buzzing out wires.
