How to Choose

• Size by the hose bore.
• Match the ferrule series to the hose: R2 two wire braid or R14 PTFE.
• Use with a stainless two-piece tail of the same hose size.

Technicians Advice

Stainless ferrules spring back more than steel ones. Crimp to the stainless figure, measure the finished diameter across the flats with a vernier, and adjust the die setting before you run a batch. Pair stainless ferrules with stainless tails only. A plated tail in a stainless ferrule corrodes quickly in salt water or washdown areas.
