This is the best valve for Money Stackable 6/2 Selector Valve Package.

Add an extra pair of hydraulic functions on to the back of your tractor, and easily cross over from one hydraulic function to another with a flick of a switch.

Special stackable designed valve: allows the expansion of original function by up to 4 four times.

How it works:. If you have a tractor with only one set of remotes, and you are towing your trailer/function that has 2 separate functions, with the 6 port diverter fitted to one remote set you now have a two separate remote outlets.

The 6 port Diverter valve uses: a 12 or /24 Volt DC solenoid coil operated via an electrical switch you can mount in the operators Cabin,(switch is not supplied) and by turning or flicking on a switch you/they can operate two different functions from the one pair of tractor remote oil outlets.

Without the coil on the 6 port diverter valve being energised, normal oil flow: is from A1 to B1 and from A2 to B2.
When you flick the switch and energise the 12 or 24 Coil,
Oil flow changes from A1 to C1 and from A2 to C2

Please Note: You can only use one function at a time ie A's to B's or A's to C's

The diverter valve has three pairs of connections.
The first is for the tractor remote feed A1 and A2 .
The other two set of couplings is the feed for your attachments and or the tooling towed behind your tractor.

The 6 port diverter / selector Valve comes complete with

• 8 adaptors and
• 3 pairs of 1/2" inch poppet style ISO 7241-A series quick couplers
  (these are Australia's most common Agricultural Coupler
  (these are Australia's most common Agricultural Coupler).

# Please note, if using the 6 port diverter Valve at over over 2,250 PSI (150 bar) oil pressure the diverter valve will requires a low pressure "case drain".
There is a 1/4" or 3/8" BSPP port on the end of the valve for this purpose.
The low pressure "Case Drain hose" should be plumbed directly back to your oil tank.

What you get in this package;

12 or 24 Volt DC 80 Lt/min 6 port divertor,
2 male & 4 female poppet couplers.(no wiring/switch included)

There is also the option of supplying swaged two wire hose assemblies to enable mounting away from your remotes.
Hose length is 1.5 metres, however we can custom make hoses to any length required.

The 6 Port Diverter Valve Comes with 1/2" BSPP ports flows 80 Lt/Min, up to 3,000 PSI,
12 or 24 V DC solenoid coil with manual override,
Square DIN electrical connection plug with indicator light,

A1 & A2 are pressure in/out, B1 & B2 are the normally open functions: (will flow oil with no voltage having to be applied to the coil), the other two ports (C1 and C2 will remain Blocked) until the Coil is energised whereas B1 and B2 will be blocked and C1 and C2 will allow oil flow.

Directions for use.

The 1/2" BSPP ported unit will flow up to 80 Lt/Min at a max of 250 bar (3,675 PSI) pressure.

Please note, if the 6 port diverter valve is used with oil pressures at or above 2,250 PSI (150 bar) oil pressure: the 1/2" ported unit will require that a low pressure case drain is installed. There is a 3/8" BSPP port on the end for this purpose.

The Case drain is for draining away any internal leakage, if internal leakage is not drained away then poor or erratic valve performance could be experienced.

Case drains must return directly to tank.

For wiring, just use the two terminals opposite each other, ignore end terminal

These divertors are also 'stackable' (see photos) . These means you could stack eg. 3 x 6 port diverters to achieve four different functions.
