Our brand remote control system uses an Australian Designed Radio Remote control with a range of up to 150m.

It has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class [B] digital device, pursuant to the Australian / New Zealand standard AS/NZS 4268.
Transmit Frequency is 915MHz and is Standard for Industrial remotes:

The top of the range Electro Hydraulic Hydraulic Valve uses a small portion of the Hydraulic Oil supply and the electrical signals from the remote control unit to actuate the functions for the winch, the tray in/out and tray Up/Down functions.

I also comes complete with a 8 button hand help radio remote transmitter and a truck-mounted receiver unit.

We provide a fitting diagram so only basic tool & electrical knowledge are required for DIY installation.

The Hydraulic Valve comes with 5 levers (10 Functions) with Radio Remote Control for 6 of the functions:

The hand held 8 Button Radio Remote Transmitter has a range of up to 150 meters. Both the truck mounted Receiver and transmitter are Au / NZ Certified.

Backhoes or any application where you need to control 5 individual cylinders or hydraulic motors (ie winches).

This unit can replace most medium to large tilt tray truck's existing spool valves:. Simply bolt on, & either re attach your existing hoses, or if different thread, buy adaptors (we can supply cheaply) to make your existing hose threads compatible.

The remote unit simply needs power, 24 volt DC power & basic wiring to the valve solenoids (wiring diagram provided).

The hydraulic valve will require clean filtered oil So please ensure that you have a return Oil filter replaced.

The 8 button remote comes with a transmitter and a receiver.

Levers are still attached for convenient use. This valve comes standard with "cylinder spools", which means that when the lever/or remote buttons are released, the tray, winch etc will lock in place.
