Field fit a hose anywhere with two spanners - Taipan reusable ORFS/SAE/JIS/Life Saver fittings supplied as a complete kit: the nipple plus the correct reusable shell for your hose. Choose one wire (SAE 100R1) or two wire (SAE 100R2) shells from the dropdown - the shell IS the ferrule, and it's reusable.

Match the shell to the HOSE, not the fitting: R1 shells on one-wire hose, R2 shells on two-wire - the wall thickness differs and the wrong shell weeps at pressure. Wind the shell on anti-clockwise to the bottom, oil the nipple thread, and screw it home firmly.
