Spin-On Filter Elements 1-1/2" UNF Can Thread - 10 & 25 Micron (CSG100)

Replacement spin-on cans with the 1-1/2"-16 UNF thread used by many US-built and agricultural filter heads. 126mm diameter, 180mm tall, rated 75 L/min. A direct alternative to common UNF return filter cans.

Check your can thread before ordering - unscrew the old can and measure the centre thread. Roughly 38mm outside diameter with a fine thread = 1-1/2" UNF (this listing). Roughly 42mm with BSPP parallel thread = our 1-1/4" BSPP cans instead (link below).

How to Choose

• 10 micron for standard return duty - if unsure, pick this.
• 25 micron for older or high-flow gear systems.

Technicians Advice

Smear clean oil on the seal, spin on hand-tight plus 3/4 turn. First change at 50 hours on a fresh system, then every 500 hours or annually. If your head has a gauge port, a return manometer (below) takes the guesswork out of change intervals.
