MSHA 100R15 6K Multi Spiral Hydraulic Hose
Both the Taipan 100R15 and the ENGMATTEC HULK R6K are high-performance Isobaric hydraulic hoses. This means they maintain a constant 420 bar (6100 psi) working pressure across their entire size range, ensuring no loss of performance as the hose diameter increases.
While both are engineered for extreme 1,000,000 impulse cycle durability in mining and heavy construction, the primary difference for our customers lies in their availability and supply formats.
Supply Formats and Available Lengths
Taipan 100R15: This is our most versatile option for tailored solutions.
We stock Taipan in 10-metre and 20-metre coils, as well as shorter Custom Complete Hose Assembly lengths.
It is the standard choice for our MDG41 and AS 2435 compliant hose assemblies, where we provide "ready-to-fit" matched systems for your specific machine requirements.
ENGMATTEC HULK R6K: Although technically an isobaric hose like the Taipan, the HULK R6K is positioned as our high-volume trade solution. It is exclusively available as a Bulk 45-metre coil purchase.
This is the ideal choice for workshops and sites that swage their own hoses in bulk and require a high-performing, cost-effective constant-pressure hose on the reel.
