Engineered for Heavy Duty Industrial & Agricultural Performance The M+S HP Series is a premium low-speed, high-torque (LSHT) hydraulic motor utilising a proven spool valve and gerotor gear set design. Engineered for reliability in compact spaces, the HP series offers high volumetric efficiency and a smooth operational profile across its entire speed range. These motors are mangano-phosphatised as standard to provide superior corrosion resistance and wear protection in harsh environments.

Technician’s Advice:

"The M+S HP series is the 'workhorse' motor for conveyors and textile machinery.

For the longest service life, we recommend a nominal filtration of 25 microns or better.

Crucially, before you put this motor under full load, fill it with clean hydraulic fluid and run it at moderate speed and load for 10 to 15 minutes.
This ensures the internal spool and gerotor are properly lubricated.

If you aren't using a case drain line, remember that the internal shaft seal pressure will equal the average of your inlet and return pressure—keep an eye on those return line pressure spikes to avoid blowing a seal!"
