The M+S MR Series is a high-performance spool valve hydraulic motor utilising a precision roll-gerotor gear set.

This design incorporates rollers in the gear ring, significantly reducing friction, enhancing starting torque, and extending the operational life of the motor even under continuous high-pressure conditions.

All MR motors are mangano-phosphatised as standard to provide superior protection against corrosion and wear in harsh environments.

Technician’s Advice:

"The MR series is the 'Step-Up' motor for those needing better efficiency than a standard gerotor.
The internal rollers make it much smoother at very low speeds.
For the best performance, ensure your system filtration is maintained at ISO code 18/16/13 or better.
Before initial start-up, always fill the motor case with clean hydraulic fluid and run it without load for 10 to 15 minutes.
This 'pre-lubrication' step is vital to protect the roll-gerotor set from scoring.
If you are experiencing high return line pressure, always use the case drain port to prevent shaft seal failure."
