Low pressure, high flow, all day. Wash down guns are built for dairies, abattoirs, workshops, boats and truck bays where you want volume and reach rather than cutting pressure, and where the gun is in a wet hand for hours. Stainless internals and hot water ratings where it matters. All current stock.

Wash down guns get judged on how they feel after four hours, not four minutes. Two things decide that. First, weight and balance - a heavy brass gun on the end of a 1/2 inch hose will wreck a wrist over a shift, which is why the stainless and composite bodied guns are worth the money in a dairy or a boning room. Second, the swivel. Low pressure hoses are stiff and they twist; without a swivel inlet the operator fights the hose all day and the gun ends up on the floor. The other thing worth saying: these are not pressure cleaners. Running a 348 psi wash down gun off a 3,000 psi machine will destroy it, usually by splitting the body at the trigger boss. If you need both jobs done off the one pump, fit a pressure reducing valve, not a bigger gun.
