Complete Hydraulic Return Filter Assemblies - 10 Micron Spin-On, 35 to 300 L/min

10-micron return filtration is the single best upgrade for system life - it polishes every drop of oil on its way back to the tank. Each option is a COMPLETE assembly: alloy head (25psi bypass, 1/8" gauge port) + 10 micron nominal element(s). Dual heads include TWO elements.

How to Choose

Match the port size to your return line and cover your full pump flow - returns can spike above pump flow when cylinders retract, so round UP.
Want a different micron (3/6 absolute, 25 nominal, mesh)? Use our full element listings - every micron/length/head combination is there.
If your machine only gets ONE filter, make it this one.

Technicians Advice

Fit the return manometer (0-2.8 bar) from our indicators listing - change the can when it reads red at operating temperature, not by the calendar. First change at 50 hours on a new or freshly repaired system (that is when assembly debris lets go), then every 500 hours. Hand-tighten plus 3/4 turn - a bar through the can wrecks the seal. On dual heads change both cans together.
