How to Pick Your Size

• Measure the hose OD (or the bundle diameter for multiple hoses) and choose the next size up.
• Wrapping two hoses together? Add both ODs and pick the closest ID above that figure.
• When between sizes, go bigger - the velcro closure takes up the slack.

Fast sleeve is the retrofit answer when a machine fails a site inspection for unprotected hoses - you can sleeve a whole excavator boom without cracking a single fitting. Overlap the velcro fully and cable-tie each end so vibration cannot walk it along the hose. It is UV-stabilised and waterproof, but where hoses rub steel edges, fit a wear pad under the sleeve at the contact point - no textile survives steel-on-steel forever. Cut cleanly with a hot knife or sharp blade and flame-seal the ends to stop fraying.
