Adjustable Priority Flow Control Valve with OR without built in Relief valve 3/8" to 3/4" BSPP Ports, Flows 30 to 114 Lt/min .

Used this valve to Split One flow into Two variable adjustable flows.

Flow adjustment is made by moving a handle through a 90 degree arc whilst in operation .

Pressure rated to 200 Bar (3,000 PSI) with different flows from 30 to 114 Lt/min depending on Valve Port Sizes.

Flow out of the controlled "Flow Port" can be varied between 0 and maximum design Flow.

0-30 Lt/min for 3/8" BSPP Ports
0-61 Lt/min for 1/2" BSPP Ports
0- 114 Lt/min for 3/4" BSPP Ports

Any remaining flow will be bypassed to the "Excess Flow" port. This "Excess Flow" can be used to power another circuit or it can just return to tank.

Once the "Controlled Flow" has been adjusted and set it will remain nearly constant whether pressure changes on either the Controlled or Excess flow ports. These valves can also be used as a restrictive flow control by plugging the "Excess Flow" port. but # MUST have relief valve#

Please be aware that if during operation the "Controlled flow" port is blocked the valve will compensate in such a way as to shut off flow to the "Excess port", please ensure that your pump is protected with a relief valve should this happen.

It should be noted that whenever these valves are used to bypass or restrict flow heat will be generated. Please ensure that if oil temperature exceeds a constant 65 degrees Celsius coolers may need to be installed.

Flow control valves, help with pressure compensation. This valve is a pressure compensated adjustable flow control valve. By rotating the handle, the flow out the “CF,” or controlled flow port, can be varied from approximately 0 to the maximum controlled flow allowed. Any remaining flow is bypassed to the “EF” or excess flow port.

This excess flow can be used to power another circuit or can be returned to tank. Once the controlled flow is set it will remain nearly constant with variations in pressure on either the controlled or excess flow ports.

It has a 200 BAR (3,000 PSI) maximum operating pressure & if fitted with (optional) a safety relief valve, pressure it is factory set to 2,500 psi (adjustable from 750-3,000 psi)

Once set, it maintains constant speed regardless of load variation.
