Adjustable Priority Flow Control Valve 3/8” to 3/4” BSPP 30 - 114 Lt/min with OR without built in Relief valve.
This high-performance ENGMATTEC adjustable priority flow control valve is designed to split a single input flow into two separate adjustable flows. The durable cast iron construction ensures a long service life in formidable high-pressure environments.
Flow adjustment is managed via a handle moving through a 90-degree arc during operation. Once set, the valve maintains a nearly constant controlled speed regardless of load or pressure variations on either the "Controlled Flow" (CF) or "Excess Flow" (EX) ports.
Any flow not directed to the CF port is bypassed to the EX port, which can power an auxiliary circuit or return directly to the tank.
This valve is available with or without an integrated adjustable safety relief valve to suit your specific circuit requirements.
| Port Size (BSPP) | Model Type | Max Controlled Flow | Max Pressure | Material |

Technician’s Advice: Be aware that if the Controlled Flow (CF) port is blocked during operation, the valve will compensate by shutting off flow to the Excess Port (EX).
You must ensure your pump is protected with a primary relief valve to prevent system damage under these conditions.
If you intend to use this unit as a restrictive flow control by plugging the EX port, you MUST select the model with the built-in relief valve.
Note that bypassing flow generates heat; if your oil temperature constantly exceeds 65°C, an oil cooler is required.
