Hose Tail - SAE Male - Straight - Two-Piece Crimp-On
Two-piece crimp-on hose tail: the SAE Male end SAE 45° flare male. Commonly found on American light equipment. Crimp it with our FS-R2 Multi-Fit ferrule – one ferrule series covers 1-wire, 2-wire, M3K and MXT braided hose, so you stock half the parts.

Don’t forget the ferrule: every two-piece tail needs an FS-R2 Multi-Fit ferrule – the same ferrule suits 1-wire and 2-wire hose. Order one per tail.

How to choose
- First number is the hose bore in dash sixteenths – (08) = 12.7 mm (1/2") hose.
- Second is the thread end – check it with the Thread Identification Chart if unsure.
- One elbow per assembly – if both ends need a bend, use a screw-on elbow adaptor on the second end.
