O-Rings SAE Code 61 and 62 Flange 1/2" to 3"

Replacement O-rings for SAE split-flange connections on pump and motor ports. Code 61 and Code 62 flanges share the same O-ring for a given flange size, so one listing covers both. 8 sizes from 1/2" to 3". Pick your size below and it is on its way.

Ways to buy:

  • Off the shelf – 8 flange sizes from 1/2" to 3" in the picker below.
  • Rebuilding the whole port? We stock flange clamps, plates and bolt kits in the flange hardware category.

Service Hydraulic oil systems, pump and motor ports

How to choose

  • Size is the nominal flange size stamped on the flange half or listed for the pump port – not the ring diameter.
  • Code 61 (standard) and Code 62 (high pressure) of the same size take the same O-ring.
  • Replace the ring every time the flange is split – order spares with the machine down once, not twice.
  • Unsure of flange size? Measure across the port face and call us.

Technicians Advice

Flange leaks are almost never the ring’s fault on first assembly – they are uneven bolt torque. Pull the flange down in a cross pattern in stages so the halves stay square; one proud corner pinches the ring and it will weep under load. And check the groove face for fretting on machines with high vibration – a polished witness mark means the flange has been moving and torque alone will not fix it.
